The BH Fitness F4 folding treadmill combines extra solid design with a truly impressive range of features. Powered by a 2 HP continuous duty motor, its 2.8mm thick orthopaedic belt reaches speeds of over 12mph (20km/h). The 20” (51cm) wide by 55” (140cm) long belt offers more than adequate running space for most of the users. The range of the electronically controlled incline is 0-12%. The BH Fitness F4 folding treadmill offers varied workout thanks to its 14 pre-set programmes plus heart rate control and body fat test.

Powerful motor, cushioned running deck and orthopaedic belt make the experience of running on the BH Fitness F4 a real pleasure.
The large (8.2”) blue, back-lit LCD screen on the console has been divided up into segments providing feedback on the duration of a running session, speed, distance covered, incline, heart rate and calorie consumption simultaneously.
The BH Fitness F4 folding treadmill allows to set the speed and incline with the use of up/down buttons on the console or the direct speed and incline keys in the manual mode, but it also features 14 pre-set programmes; for maximum convenience of the user, their profiles are printed on the console itself. The user can work with a chosen programme from 5 to 99 minutes.
In order to achieve fitness goals it is best to engage in heart rate controlled training. The BH F4 treadmill offers this option: when the user specifies the target heart rate, the computer adjusts the speed to keep the user within the target zone. The incline can be adjusted manually.
The body test function can keep the user constantly motivated, as it shows the current body fat percentage: the more running sessions, the better the results and, therefore, the motivation!
The space-saving design of the BH Fitness F4 treadmill allows to fold it up when not in use. Unfolding is safe and easy due to the soft-drop system.
