The BH Fitness Prisma M30 treadmill is a plug and run machine suited to users of all levels. It offers a speed range up to 18km/h (11.2mph), a powered incline range of 0-12%, and a 1.5HP continuous duty motor to let you improve your fitness level in a convenient, varied and effective way. Handrail buttons make changing the speed and incline very convenient. Thanks to the “A wings” construction of the treadmill you can use virtually the whole length of the belt: the running area is 51cm (20”) wide by 126cm (50”) long. The three blue backlit LCD displays of the M30 treadmill let you monitor your current speed, distance covered, time elapsed and theoretical calories burned, as well as pulse rate when you use the pulse grip sensors that are built into the handrails. The treadmill provides you with 13 workout programmes to choose from, including 9 pre-set, 3 user defined and 1 manual. It also folds vertically for easier storage.

The BH Fitness Prisma M30 is so easy to install you will be literally up and running in minutes. This is due to the patented “Plug and run” functionality. Simply take it out of the box, fold in to position (tightening a few bolts) and away you go.
When you have finished your workout, the M30 folds up vertically with ease in a matter of seconds and the built in transport wheels allow you to move it out of the way for storage.
