The Bremshey RN7 treadmill offers a great range of features that provide effective workouts for users of all training levels. It offers a 50cm by 148cm cushioned running surface. The 3 horsepower continuous duty motor powers the belt to the speed of 20 kmh (12.5 mph); it offers a 0-12% incline. Both the speed and incline can be adjusted with the use of Quick Keys. You can chose between 22 programmes which include quick start, 16 pre-set, 1 manual, 2 heart rate control and 2 user programmes. The dot matrix console with 4 LED display windows allows you to track the progress and shows the amount of burned calories, speed, covered distance, pulse and lap.
The heart rate can be measured by handgrip pulse sensors or telemetrically. The treadmill also features the Intelli-Step function, which counts the steps, and the Intelli-Guard, which turns the machine off when the user steps off the treadmill. The treadmill also has bottle and accessory holders built in the console for increased comfort. Easy folding and unfolding makes storage more convenient.
