Deliveries

The delivery method used will depend on the weight of your treadmill.

Treadmills weighing less than 70 kilograms will be dispatched on a next day delivery service and if your order is placed before midday you should receive it the next day.

Larger treadmills that weigh over 70 kilograms will need to be delivered using a 2 person team. This is to comply with the manufacturer’s warranty. With this service you will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date and the day before delivery you will be notified of the timeslot by your choice of either text message or email.

The timeslots are
   AM – from 07:00 to 13:00
   PM – from 13:00 to 18:00

All treadmills are delivered free of charge from Monday to Friday to main land UK addresses. Saturday delivery may be possible depending on your postcode but this will incur an additional charge.

Deliveries outside mainland UK may also be subject to a small surcharge. We will contact you before dispatch to discuss these costs with you.

On the day of dispatch you will receive a comprehensive email from our delivery team which will contain:
Your consignment number and a link so you can track the status of your delivery.
The contact details of the delivery company in case you need to reach them for any reason.
the manufacturers contact details should you need any technical advice or to make a warranty claim.

If you have any questions or problems on the day of delivery, we suggest that you speak to the delivery company first as they will be able to assist you more quickly. If you require any further help then you are more than welcome to contact us.

Please note that 2 person deliveries will only be made to ground floor rooms and if there are any issues with access to your property (for example a narrow driveway) then please let us know to make sure there are no delays in you receiving your treadmill.

When your treadmill has been delivered, we advise that you check all the packaging for signs of damage.

It is a very rare case that is happens, but if the packaging has been severely damaged and you are sure that the contents are affected, we strongly advise you to refuse the delivery and contact us by telephone or email.

When possible, we recommend you try and keep the original packaging. Should for any reason you need to return the treadmill then it is much easier if you have the box that it came in.
