The DKN Run-Tech 2.5 folding treadmill has a 2.5CHP self-cooling silent drive digital motor with the peak performance of 4.5HP. The 3.3mm thick running belt allows for the maximum speed of up to 20km/h (12.5mph). The top incline level offered by the treadmill is 12%. It has a large and well cushioned running deck that is 53cm (20”) wide by 143cm (56.3”) long. There are 23 programmes to choose from. The big, clear LCD screen of the Run-Tech 2.5 enables you to monitor such statistics of your workout as: speed, time elapsed, distance covered, theoretical calorie burn, incline, “laps” run, and heart rate. The treadmill has transportation wheels and can be easily folded to save space at home when you do not train.
Among the 23 professionally designed training courses there are 11 pre-programmed runs, 4 target courses, 3HR training courses, 1 manual, 3 custom programmes and body fat calculation.
Heart rate measurement with the Run-Tech 2.5 is easily achieved using the integrated pulse sensors in the handlebar or for the ultimate in accuracy, a chest belt (optional) can be used with the built-in Polar compatible receiver.
Running on the Run-Tech 2.5 has been made safer and more comfortable thanks to the DKN Progressive Shock Absorbing running deck and the Flex Indicator. The shock absorbing system maximizes cushioning and support, which results in the impact reduced by up to 15% compared to running on the road.
There is also an audio jack integrated into the console, which enables you to connect your mp3 player or iPod and train to your favourite music.
