The DKN Run-Tech 3 treadmill provides varied and challenging workouts. The 3 horsepower continuous duty motor powers the belt to a top speed of 20km/h (12mph); it offers the incline range of 0-12%. The running belt measures 53cm (21”) wide by 146cm (57.5”) long and has the Progressive Shock Absorbing system that reduces impact on joints, increases comfort and minimizes fatigue. The large LCD console provides feedback on speed, time elapsed, distance covered, theoretical calorie burn, incline and heart rate. The DKN Run-Tech 3 treadmill offers 23 programmes including 3 heart rate programmes and a body fat test. You can measure your heart rate with the use of the integrated pulse sensors in the handlebar, or, for ultimate accuracy, with the wireless receiver, which receives heart rate readout from an optional chest strap (not included).
