If for any reason you are not happy with your treadmill, you are covered by our 10 day money back guarantee.

If you wish to return the treadmill for a refund, please contact our client services team on 0845 838 8840 as soon as possible and we will arrange a convenient date for collection. The treadmill will need to be securely packed, ideally in the original packaging.

Please also note that unless the goods are faulty you will be liable for the cost of returning them to us. We will always make you aware of the collection costs which will then be deducted from your refund.

We always aim to issue refunds as quickly as possible, but in some cases this can take up to 30 days.

Can we also politely remind you that you have a statutory duty of care to look after the treadmill that you wish to return. You must keep the goods in an “as new” condition in order to claim under the 10 day money back guarantee.
