The NordicTrack T20.0 treadmill is powered by a 3.25 horsepower continuous duty motor that reaches the maximum speed of 22 km/h (13.6mph). The user can enjoy a powerful 15% incline and a -3% decline that allows for stimulating more muscles to achieve faster results. The treadmill has been equipped with a running deck that helps reduce the risk of joint injury thanks to QuadFlex cushioning. It is 51cm (20”) wide by 152cm (59.8”) long. The console with a large 8” backlit LCD display provides feedback on speed, time, distance, pulse and calories burnt. The NordicTrack T20.0 is iFit Live compatible and the package includes a wireless iFit Live module with a 12 month subscription. The iFit Live module wirelessly connects the machine to the Internet, creating unlimited possibilities of interactive training!
The treadmill console offers an impressive array of features designed to make your workouts more effective and enjoyable. It provides 24 workout programmes, including 6 high intensity, 6 speed, 6 incline and 6 calorie- burn. Each workout automatically controls the speed and incline of the treadmill as it guides you through an effective exercise session.
The console also features the iFit Live system that enables the treadmill to connect to a user's iFit.com account and download programmes and following a workout session to upload the key metrics of that session back to the iFit.com profile. Powered by Google Earth, the user is able to access their iFit.com on any device with a web browser and to design their own run. Once downloaded by the T20.0, the treadmill replicates the terrain to reflect the varying inclines.
You can even listen to your favourite music or audio books with the console’s stereo sound system while you exercise.
Heart rate measurement with the T20.0 is easily achieved using the integrated pulse sensors in the handlebar or for the ultimate in accuracy, a chest belt can be used with the built-in Polar compatible receiver.
