The NordicTrack T22.0 treadmill is loaded with many features that offer more effective, enjoyable and safer training. It has been equipped with a 3.5 horsepower continuous duty DurX commercial plus motor and a 20”(51cm) wide by 60”(152cm) running deck with QuadFlex cushioning that minimizes the risk of joint injury. The maximum speed to which the belt can be powered is 22km/ h (13.6 mph). In order to stimulate more muscles the treadmill offers both a powerful 15% incline and a -3% decline. The NordicTrack T22.0 features a 7” colour touch-screen display with browser powered by Android that enables you to get feedback on your workout, check the news, read email, get on Facebook and more. The treadmill also has a built-in iFit Live to make your workout more interactive.
The NordicTrack T22.0 treadmill console offers an impressive array of features designed to make your workouts more effective and enjoyable. The console features revolutionary iFit Live technology that enables the treadmill to communicate with your wireless network. With iFit Live technology, you can download personalized workouts, create your own workouts, get feedback on your workout results and access many more features.
In addition, the console features a selection of onboard workouts, including eight calorie workouts, eight intensity workouts, eight speed workouts, eight inline workouts and six iFit Live demo workouts. Each workout automatically controls the speed and incline of the treadmill as it guides you through an effective exercise session. What is more, you can set a time, distance, calorie or pace goal.
You can also browse the Internet or listen to your favourite music or audio books with the console’s stereo sound system while you exercise. The treadmill also has an 8” auto-breeze workout fan that automatically changes airflow to match your workout speed, keeping you cool and focused.
Heart rate measurement with the NordicTrack T22.0 treadmill is easily achieved using the integrated pulse sensors in the handlebar or for the ultimate in accuracy, a chest belt can be used with the built-in polar compatible receiver.
The treadmill has space saver design that allows the treadmill to fold vertically for storage. It features a drop shock and a self-locking latch that make folding and unfolding your treadmill easier than ever before.
