The Proform 1250 ZLT treadmill with a 2.75CHP MachZ commercial motor reaches the top speed of 12 mph and 12% incline. Both the speed and incline can be changed with the use of the Quick Keys on the console. The 51cm (20”) wide by 140cm (55”) long running belt is cushioned with the ProShox Elite 2 system, which protects the knees from injury or excessive strain. The treadmill offers 16 pre-set workouts, is supplied with the iFit Live module and is Nike+ iPod compatible. This allows you to extend the trainings for faster and better results. The multi-window LED display enables you to track such data as speed, time, distance and calories burned. The treadmill provides ECG accurate heart rate readout through handgrip pulse sensors, but for the ultimate in accuracy, you can also use the wireless receiver (chest strap included).
The 16 pre-set workout programmes include four speed, four endurance, four weight-loss and four calorie-burn ones. The additional iFit Live module supplied with the treadmill connects to a wireless network to let you download new professionally created workouts. Since the iFit Live is powered by Google Earth, you can plan and track routes all over the world. The programme will automatically adjust the incline to reflect the changes in terrain. The Nike+ iPod compatibility allows you to monitor the progress made through NikePlus website.
The in-built Intermix Audio 2.0 system and mp3 jack give you the opportunity to listen to your favourite music or audiobooks while running. The integrated dual speed CoolAire workout fan will keep you cool throughout the training.
When not in use, the treadmill can be conveniently folded for easy storage.
