The ProForm 705 ZLT Treadmill, with a maximum speed of 11mph and 10% and 1-Touch power incline, caters for all intensities of workout. Whether you like to walk, jog or run, the 2.25HP continuous duty motor provides ample power for any exercises that you take on.
The ProForm 705 ZLT Treadmill has 16 Pre-programmed workouts featured on the bright LED display giving you quick and easy access to your workout.
An iFit SD card reader is also built into the console giving you goal orientated and ability specific exercises createed by certified personal trainers. You will also be provided with tips and advice during your iFit workouts from PTs including celebrities like Jillian Michaels. Alternatively you can attach your mp3 player if you prefer and workout to your favourite music on the Intermix Acoustics sound system.
