The running area is 20” (51cm) wide and 55” (140cm) long and its cushion flex reduces impact of up to 40% as compared to running on asphalt. The machine features a fresh new look vibrant LCD display that provides detailed workout feedback on time, speed, distance, calories burned and heart rate. It also provides 10 motivating programmes, including 1manual, 5 pre-set, 2 user defined and 2 heart rate.
